My latest video is up all about binge eating/over-eating, and what to do the next day. This is a very talked about subject, and I just wanted to you give an insight into my thoughts, what advice I can give to you from personal experience, and what I have learned along the way.
I go into talking about what are some of the best things to do the day after bingeing or an over-eating episode, and what should be avoided, such as feelings of guilt, thinking you’re going to put weight on over night and so on.
