I don’t know about you but I absolutely love a good scoop (or a few scoops..) of ice-cream in summer. However, if I buy one tub of Ben and Jerry’s cookie dough, it will literally be gone that same evening. So, I decided to make my own today and it honestly could not be simpler!
The ice cream I made today had 131 calories in total – the perfect ‘pick me up’ healthy snack.
HOW TO MAKE: 2 simple steps
STEP 1 –
- Blend together fruit & a little water (I used one banana and matcha powder today)
- Place into a bowl & leave in the freezer for a few hours.
STEP 2 –
- When it’s icy cold, take it out of the freezer.
- You can add numerous toppings to your frozen treat. I added yogurt, goji berries, coconut shavings, blueberries and cinnamon.
