Booty and HIIT workout from one of my YouTube videos.
Booty Workout: The main equipment used is a barbell bar (30kg) and the cables.
- 4 x 10 barbell split lunger (10 per leg)
- 4 x 10 barbell stiffed-leg deadlifts
- 4 x 10 barbell kneeling squats
- 3 x 10 barbell moving squat (I dropped the weight to 17.5kg because I felt quiet wobbly on this)
- 5 x 8 barbell pulse squats
- 4 x 10 cable kicks backs (10 per leg)
HIIT cardio workout: repeat the sequence 3 – 4 times.
- 12 dumbbell switch mountain climbers
- 40 single mountain climbers
- 20 squat thrusts
- 20 reverse lunge and curl
- 10 reverse lunge and dumbbell lift to curl
- 40 single side mountain climbers
- 20 seconds max rope battle (advanced – reverse lunge whilst rope battling)
x 3 – 4
